A clear address lifecycle
Create an address with an optional account label and a chosen or random username. On the free plan, renew an active address or choose rewarded-ad restoration after it expires.
Lock each saved inbox
Use Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode to protect an inbox within this app installation. This does not create server-side ownership of the address.
Choose how to read
Use the Controlled reader or filtered WebView. External images load by default on new installations; switch automatic loading off in Settings for more control.
Share an address or account
Email QR shares the address. Account QR includes an access identifier that lets another installation add the inbox. Share account codes only with trusted recipients.
Keep downloaded bodies locally
Downloaded message bodies use encrypted local storage with a device-bound Keychain key. Message metadata is stored separately in the app's local database.
Export when you choose
Share a plain-text copy of a message through the iOS share sheet. Exported copies are controlled by the destination you select, not by Temp Mail.
Know the limits
Temp Mail is receive-only. Delivery, address availability and recovery of old server messages are not guaranteed. The 48-hour activation timer is not a promise that every message or copy is retained or deleted at that exact time.
No app login is required. The free plan includes advertising. Version 5.0.1 adds optional monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions that remove ads and keep existing and new supported addresses active while the subscription is active. Premium does not extend server message retention. See the terms for subscription, creation and restoration details.
